| Do I need to sign for my parcel? | Using a business address is sometimes best, as it ensures your goods are delivered on time and that somebody is there to sign. |
| Do you deliver to PO Boxes? | Yes, however a business address is preferred. |
| How do I get free shipping? | When you have enough products in your cart to qualify for free delivery, then it will automatically refresh and reflect your free delivery. Orders over $175 receive free shipping! |
| What if I am not at home to accept delivery? | A calling card will be left at your address to notify you that nobody was there. A card will be left with a telephone number for you to arrange delivery at a suitable time. |
| What is the delivery cost? | If your order is less than the minimum required for free delivery, then the delivery charge is $9.50 to anywhere in Australia. |

| Can Beauty Wonderland prescribe specific products to me? | We would prefer not to. Beauty Wonderland is aimed at customers who have already purchased the product, we assume that you have experience with either its use, colour or smell. |
| Can you send me samples before I purchase? | Samples can only be sent with a purchase order. |
| Is it safe for me to supply my credit card details over the internet? | Yes! Beauty Wonderland uses the latest encryption technology to transfer your details between our server and the ecommerce payment gateway. |
| What credit cards are accepted by Beauty Wonderland? | We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you do not have a credit card, please contact Customer Service for information on how to arrange payment via Electronic Bank Transfer. |
| What if I am not happy with my purchase? | Beauty Wonderland will gladly refund you within 14 days of purchase. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for opened products. We take pride and care in packaging all our orders. However, from time to time a product box may be slightly damaged during transit, therefore we do not offer refunds on products if the box is damaged. |
| What if the product I have ordered is out of stock? | We will call you to advise you that the product you have ordered is out of stock. Usually the product will be back within 1 - 4 days. As we do not backorder, your order will only be dispatched once it has been completely fulfilled. To receive free shipping your order will still need to be over the minimum required (after any refund adjustments). |
